hey there! came across you group after seeing a dog running on the backside of Bear Mountain in Langford. It had blood on its face, was whimpering and wet. It was a white/beige scruffy dog, almost looked like Benji but beagle sized. It was 1.2km up road from Bear Mountain Pkwy and Leigh RD intersection by a large opening and rock piles on the right side. Took off into forest around .2km up from there. Tried to find it for almost 2 hours. Animal Control couldn't help. Could see its foot prints all in the snow as if it had been wandering that area back and forth quite a bit. Just hoping the owners can find it/have an idea of where to look incase someone contacts you. Thanks for all the work you do!! Cheers.
