RUNNING DOG COWICHAN BAY
10:30 pm I was driving down Cowichan Bay road Duncan b.c and this dog was running on road last night some people that did not own it were tryn to take her and released her soon as I questioned them about the dog. Running down Cowichan Bay RD .
