WANDERING DOG - MILL BAY / RAT LAKE TRAIL AREA

Hi there! I just spotted a male collie mix dog without parents along the Rat Lake Trail in Mill Bay. Doggie looked as though he’d be running for a bit.. was trotting when we saw him and then he took off towards Benko Rd. 60 lbs max, black, white and some tan markings with a blue dog tag.
