RUNNING - JOHN DEAN PARK / N. SAANICH

Hi. Saw a dog in John Dean Park this morning at 8:45am. No collar. Was padding through the forest. Looked thin but not emaciated. Large black dog with pointed ears. Not sure of the breed. Maybe a black lab, Pharaoh mix?
