Hi I saw this dog running lost between Jordan river and China beach tonight around 7pm the dog was wet, clearly lost but had a harness and a collar with tags on it looked lost as if it got away on a walk and was running on the road I tried to get out to call it but the dog was timid so had to take off hope the pic and info helps the owner of general whereabouts
