hello, I noticed a little black "chiweenie" running around alone in front of Bay View school (Nanaimo) yesterday morning. it looked really happy and then it was out of sight so i figured it must live nearby. then this morning I saw it again running across Victoria road and it now looks quite scared poor little thing.
