UNRESOLVED - PARKSVILLE BC - SEPT 15, 2020

RUNNER - PARKSVILLE / INLAND HWY

Large black and red German Shepherd running loose beside the inland highway by Parksville, close to the helicopter pads.
Dog was on the shoulder heading south against the northbound lanes.
Time was about 6:40.
I couldn't stop as I am in a loaded transport truck.
