General Behaviour: Was clearly scared and tired, found sprinting back and forth across the intersection. Was very friendly when my husband stopped and picked him up. Dog was taken to VCA Animal Hospital on Bowen Rd. They mentioned they would keep him there til end of day then Animal Control would be called. My husband left his number and they said they would call if he was picked up.
