General Behaviour: I was on Mt. Tolmie tonight and saw a dog walking around by itself. It had a red dog tag on it. I tried to get close to it and I managed to get two photos from a distance. It was nervous around me and I tried really hard to speak quietly to it but it ran down the mountain into the trees. I posted two photos on Facebook and was told to report it here.
