We were just travelling north on Tillicum between Craigflower and the gorge when we saw a medium sized creamy motteled beige border collie looking type dog heading south down the middle of the road. Everybody was stopping and slowing down but he wasn’t having anything to do with coming to anyone. He had no tail.
