WANDERIN COWICHAN RIVER NEAR SANDY POOL PARK

Apparently this dog is wandering stray around the Cowichan river near Sandy Pool Park with an injured leg. Locals say his owner died two weeks ago but not sure if that’s true… He is there almost every day
