THIS DOG IS INJURED / FINDER CAN'T CATCH

Does this little dog belong to someone? I found it wandering around behind the Cassidy Farm Market. It appears to be very lost and confused and has an injured back leg. I can’t catch it, otherwise I would have taken it to the SPCA.
