Looked like a French bulldog

A couple of us tried to help him but he was running around & didn’t seem to be helping

My mom was a few minutes behind and saw him on side of road

I checked on him and he was passed away

He was right across from the school

I called RCMP and they are going to see if public works can grab him as school kids will see him
