UPDATE

IN THE BEGINNING when FLED, Ray, Karen, the Duncan Police, and Coastal got there, Andrew from COASTAL thought he might have to run this dog up to Nanaimo Central Hospital.

AS IT TURNED OUT, he was taken to WAVES.

RAINCOAST has posted a bit of misinformation but who cares.
