WANDERING DOG LAKE COWICHAN

This dog was roaming last night around 8pm ran passed my vehicle with a garbage bag full of food! This was in the hundred houses in lake cowichan! A few people seen it wandering. It has a prong collar that looks to be too small and it looks like it broke off his leash. He looks a little in the skinny side but hopefully we can get this guy picked up and looked at
