General Behaviour: Older dog. Calm, friendly, open to human interaction and not afraid to be approached or held. Seemed like she was slightly in shock. She looked like she had been wandering outside for a bit of time as her face fur was matted and had outdoor debris stuck in it as well. She looked like she’s quite skinny as she had a swollen looking belly and her collar was very loose on her neck. Provided her with a little bit of dog kibble and water.
