DOG MIGHT NEED HELP

FLED has just been notified of a dog that is wandering off the Pacific Rim Hwy, at Taylor River Rest Area.

The dog has a collar, no tags, and the spotter was unable to persuade this poor dog to come to him.

THIS DOG IS VERY SKINNY ACCORDING TO THE SPOTTER.
