UPDATE: CRD has retrieved the dog, which was wearing a Diaper and was a tan brown color, it was a female dog and she is microchipped so hopefully the family will be found and contacted tonight.

Hi,posting this in hopes of finding the owner. as my partner was coming home walking home just now he noticed a French bulldog in the water, just off the Admirals bridge by McKenzie exit.
