RUNNING DOG SAANICH /HARTLAND RD

Hello, this dog appears to be lost as he was running around skittish and running into traffic up at the hartland rd dump. I’ve posted on the Prospect Lake page

He has a cloth and chain collar and had two tags on the collar - one you can see in the picture. He was skittish but appeared otherwise healthy.
